From studio to your wall

Embroidery wall panels demand careful transit. Every parcel is prepared after your email invoice is paid — we do not ship cash-on-delivery orders — with protective materials designed for textured, framed art.

The Journey

  1. Order Placed

    Complete the checkout form. You receive an email with your OI- order ID and invoice. We do not offer cash on delivery or online card payment.

  2. Invoice Payment

    Pay using the instructions on your email invoice. Studio work begins after payment is confirmed.

  3. Studio Preparation

    Panel inspected, loose fibres removed, and wrapped for transit.

  4. Dispatch

    Typically within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking details are shared by email.

  5. Arrival

    Inspect packaging on receipt. Contact us within 48 hours if damage is found — see Returns & Refunds.

International shipping is available on request. After invoice payment, Dectorre prepares the panel in 2–4 business days and transit typically takes 3–14 days depending on destination. Contact the studio with your location for a quote — there is no cash-on-delivery shipping.
